Beautiful dignified touching. Mysterious shining night Sakura (cherry blossoms) “Moonlight Sakura (Cherry)”.
The origin of the name comes from the beauty of the white flower which seems to shine in the moonlight.
It is a variant of Yamazakura that was being studied as a new species, and it is said to be “Phantom ashizurisakura”.

At Otsuki-cho, beautiful blooming moonlight Sakura (cherry blossoms) are lighted up for a limited time. (From mid March to mid April).
On the first Saturday of April the night cherry-blossoms concert was held.
On the national roads in the vicinity and Otsuki-machi, you can also see the astragalus field.
